Jeff Jacobsen

Jeff was the first employee hired by Bio-Waves. He has over 30 years of experience as a biologist working on marine mammal and bird field projects all around the North Pacific. For the past 20 years Jeff has dedicated himself to a long-term multi-faceted study of the breeding behavior of humpback whales around the Mexican Revillagigedo Islands that included research on their bio-acoustics, population dynamics, and genetics. Jeff often ends up fabricating low-cost gadgets/technologies to assist these investigations and in between these activities you might catch him juggling or "mountain" unicycling.
